Who we are
The controller of personal data connected with this website is Reload dev, s.r.o., IČ 24831905, with its registered office at Vinohradská 2133/138, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic. For anything related to personal data, write to info@reload-dev.com.
No cookies, no tracking
reload-dev.com does not set cookies of any kind and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so no third party learns about your visit from us. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Email correspondence
When you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you sign with one, and the content of your message. We use this solely to reply and to keep the thread of our conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Our email runs on servers we operate ourselves. We keep business correspondence for as long as the relationship it documents may be relevant, then delete it.
Server logs
Like practically every web server, ours records technical access logs: IP address, time of the request, requested URL and browser signature. We use them only to keep the site secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them within 30 days.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for marketing. The only recipients are the infrastructure providers whose servers run this site and our email. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by GDPR safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
We do not profile visitors and make no automated decisions about anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@reload-dev.com and we will respond.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).
